Rotomoulding Powder is a specially micronized polymer powder used in the rotational moulding (roto moulding) process to manufacture seamless hollow plastic products. During the process, the powder melts inside a rotating mould and forms a uniform wall thickness without the need for pressure.
Types of RotoMoulding Powder

• LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) – Most commonly used due to its excellent impact strength, flexibility, and processability.
• HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) – Used where higher stiffness, strength, and chemical resistance are required.
• XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene) – Suitable for heavy-duty chemical tanks and industrial applications requiring enhanced durability.
• Specialty Grades – UV-stabilized, flame-retardant, anti-static, foam, and food-grade powders are available for specific applications.
